Dichroic glass jewelry...
A spin-off from the space industry; glass with a thin metallized coating. Transmitted and reflected colors create beautiful effects to make this material so desirable. Each piece is fired several times at very high temperatures. Three, four, or five layers fuse to produce irregular 3 dimensional pieces, carefully layered for the desired effect. A sterling silver chain comes with every dichroic glass pendant.
Watch parts jewelry...
Each piece is crafted from the insides of an old wind-up watch, including the mainspring. My bracelets, rings & earrings are created around old watch dials with as many of the internal watch parts as are aesthetically pleasing. Sadly, the old wind-up watches are slowly disappearing; I hope you enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoy making them.
